Kylie 45 - I started going to Cheryl's classes in March 2012. I found the class was not only great fun but also made me work so hard. Cheryl always puts your safety first and spends the extra time with the more difficult moves breaking them down step by step. I started out on Level 1 and have just completed Level 6 which I couldn't have achieved without Cheryl's training and support. I highly recommend anyone to take up a class at Alternative Fitness with Cheryl. And particularly being slightly older than the rest of my lovely class age really doesn't matter. Great fun, great friends and a fantastic way to get fit.
Becky 23 - I thoroughly recommend Cheryl as a pole fitness instructor. Her lessons are professional, very safe and most important of all fun and exciting! Cheryl breaks down each move so every student feels comfortable and confident with it. I've always felt that one of Cheryl's top priorities is the safety of her students. I enjoy her lessons so much. I'm now at level 7 and since starting in 2012 I have noticed a dramatic change in my core, flexibility, strength and confidence. The atmosphere of the lessons are always very welcoming and friendly. Cheryl always puts safety first, encouraging girls to gain strength and confidence before attempting advanced moves - her teaching is clear and she can easily identify which bits you need to work on/practise to nail a move! I am now working professionally as a pole dancer, I was hired on the spot at my audition and told I was one of the best they'd ever seen and it's all thanks to Cheryl!
Lauren 21 - On my first lesson in February 2012 I was made to feel very welcome and taught basic moves in pole class. Cheryl not only has taught me pole dancing but has also brought a group of friends together. From the first lesson we had I would have never thought I would be able to carry out the moves that I can now. Cheryl teaches each and every move in a simple way to encourage students to understand safely. Not only has Cheryl taught me safe pole practice but has also supported me throughout.

Shelly 35- I first tried pole fitness on my hen do almost 4years ago and have been doing it ever since... I LOVE IT!! It is good fun and we always have a giggle within our class. Cheryl is a great instructor she describes and demonstrates moves well. She is supportive and encouraging when trying out new material and will never force you to do something you are not confident doing. I highly recommend this studio to all women looking for a different style of fitness.
